The Junior League of Abilene is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, to developing the potential of women and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
The Junior League of Abilene is committed to enhancing the lives of children in our community. Through development and training of women as volunteers and leaders, we will effectively meet the needs of our community.
Since its beginning in 1948, the Junior League of Abilene has supported many important projects and has made a positive impact on countless lives in Abilene by addressing the needs of our community. Our community support is through both direct financial assistance and the many thousands of volunteer hours provided by our members.
The Junior League welcomes all women who value our mission. We are committed to inclusive environments of individuals, organizations and communities.
